Please see the attached flyer for our upcoming Titan Physical Night on Wednesday, May 28th.  Please review the flyer and click on the link to register for an appointment time.

Please Note:  Athletes are not required to attend Physical Night.  The Athletic Department offers It as a courtesy to athletes who are looking for a convenient and low cost option for their sports physical.  If an athlete chooses a different option for their sports physical, we just require that their Final Forms profile is updated and complete prior to the first day of tryouts. To be valid for the 2025/2026 school year, physicals must be dated 4/15/25 or later.
